She is finally here!

We arrived at the hospital at about 5:00 pm, I was dilated to a 7. Upon arriving at the hospital, I walked up to the nurses desk and said "I'm in labor and if I'm not kill me now because there is no way in hell you can send me home like this". The doctor happened to be sitting right there, he replied "Yep, if she's saying stuff like that she is definitely in labor".

This is an exact replica of how her father sleeps! We are truly blessed, she is such a sweet baby. She hardly cries, actually for the first 24 hours we only heard her cry 3 times. Even now that she is home, she still only cries when it's absolutely necessary. Being a mom is the best feeling in the world, nothing compares. No matter how I'm feeling throughout the day, I take one look at Desirae and everything is ok. God is good and has truly blessed our family.
